BIO

Peter Serruys knows his 3D ánd his cooking. After finishing high school, he worked as a junior chef at a Michelin star restaurant, meanwhile exploring the peculiarities of html, wandering off to flash animations. Cutting vegetables and hitting the cooker hood repeatedly (literally, he really is two meters tall), he figured out he wanted to fully engage in web design. He swapped the Julienne cut for JavaScript, joining a digital designer training, only to realize webdesign played a minor part in it. Starting from scratch with no detectable artsy or design background whatsoever, he graduated from this three-year course with distinction, due to his unceasing curiosity.

In 2004 Peter was hired as a designer by The Parking Lot - the team was equally convinced by his CSS and cuisson skills. In 2009 he transferred to Amphion Brussels as a Senior Art director & Illustrator. When the agency altered its vision and the creative challenge lowered, he decided to go independent. He founded his one-man studio located between Brussels and Louvain, and supported a bunch of agencies with his skills ever since. In his eager to mess around and play with new techniques, his focus moved to 3D, character and motion design in 2018.
